The Work:
The Client Relationship Insights Associate Manager will lead and set the strategic direction for the Client Relationship Insights team, ensuring the delivery of elevated and relevant insights about our clients and relationships with them. This position involves collaborating to identify areas of the business that require guidance and coaching, driving comprehensive research and insights analysis, and providing strategic guidance to practitioners to derive actionable next steps to elevate relationships and win deals. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of predictive intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance business impact and support Accenture’s growing pipeline of relationships and opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Client Relationship Insights team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment; set clear goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities; track, monitor, and manage the team’s progress and performance; provide strategic guidance and feedback to team members to grow their research and insightful thinking capabilities.
- Oversee the research process, curate and present insights effectively, ensuring they align with business needs and strategic priorities; develop and deliver high‑quality, compliant deliverables to account teams and senior business leaders; maintain curiosity of human behavior and client buying patterns; stay on the leading edge of technology and predictive methodologies, applying new knowledge to improve support and business impact.
Here’s what you need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum, advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Five years in research, content curation, or insights management, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Native‑level fluency in English; strategic thinking and problem‑solving with focus on actionable insights and business impact; highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead and inspire a multicultural team; agility, risk‑taking, and feedback implementation; strong proofreading and editing; curiosity, desire to learn, grow, and execute; proactive independence in virtual environment managing multiple time zones; high competence with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Extra credit if you have
- Demonstrated success in driving insights to support business growth and client relationships.
- Understanding of sales processes and market‑standard sales tools.
- Experience with predictive intelligence tools and methodologies.
- Prior market intelligence research experience.
