Purpose of the position

Kalmar Poland is a global leader in material handling equipment and services. We are currently looking for a Sales and Service Support Administrator to join our sales and service support team.

You’ll be part of a team of almost 40 people located in Stargard. Your stakeholders will be located in Western European countries.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support for sales and service processes.
• Handling SAP and other administrative tools.
• Creating, managing, and invoicing orders and contracts.
• Processing warranty claims in line with deadlines.
• Cooperating with sales and service teams to ensure timely support.
• Participating in process and system improvements.
• Complying with health, safety, and internal procedures.

What You Bring To The Role

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – must have.
• Basic knowledge of French – an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role – preferred.
• SAP knowledge – will be an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Accuracy and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
