ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



What Youll Be Doing:

• Work closely with Sales teams to understand what skills and knowledge they need, and create tailored training programs to help them grow.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and other teams to support product launches and sales campaigns with the right learning materials.
• Collect feedback from sales reps to improve training and make sure it fits into their daily work.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to create engaging content, simulations, and personalized learning paths.
• Manage and update training content using tools like Litmos (LMS), Articulate, Camtasia, and Salesforce.

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or sales enablement, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
• Experience with tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Audacity, ChatGPT, Litmos, and Asana.
• Ability to create training for different sales topics: onboarding, product knowledge, call coaching, etc.
• Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Kaia, PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills-you can explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way.
• Passion for helping teams grow and succeed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
