Designing, developing and updating online and offline training content for the Field teams and Retail, according to business and top market needs, driving performance and growth.
Supporting the campaign kick-offs and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training across key themes: product, leadership, sales, self–development, customer experience, service, beauty knowledge, and social selling based on identified markets and business needs.
- Collaborate with markets to ensure content fits for purpose.
- Ensure content is simple, relevant, inclusive, easy to adapt and designed for multiple formats (e.g. instructor‑led, digital, video, and social).
- Support markets with training content deployment and implementation.
- Keep content up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends.
- Measure the effectiveness of training – collect feedback from markets and adjust materials accordingly.
- Work in close collaboration with other Central departments: Digital, Marketing, Rep experience, working across global teams (e.g. work with Marketing to develop digital enablement tools and go‑to‑market content).
