About The Role

Due to the dynamic growth of our Service Department, increasing staff turnover, and the need to maintain the highest standards of technical support, we are creating a Service and Application Training Department. We are looking for an experienced Training Department Manager who will build and lead this new team, ensuring consistent, high-quality training for both employees and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the new Service and Application Training Department.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for service and sales teams.
• Design onboarding and continuous development programs to enhance employee competence and reduce turnover.
• Collaborate closely with service engineers to assess training needs and performance gaps.
• Cooperate with other departments to create effective, engaging training materials and programs.
• Prepare, organize, and deliver technical training sessions, including train-the-trainer formats.
• Manage and maintain all training materials (e-learning, webinars, recurring workshops) to ensure relevance and accessibility.
• Ensure consistent technical knowledge standards across all regions and teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training management, preferably in technical or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong knowledge of technical service processes and training methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (Polish language skills will be an advantage).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes.
