Responsibilities
- You are actively acquiring new clients and building long‑term business relationships
- You are achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategy
- You are preparing commercial offers
- You are maintaining and developing cooperation with existing clients
- You are supporting the sales team in day‑to‑day operations and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes
- You are creating and executing trade marketing plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments
- You are cooperating with retail and wholesale clients in planning promotions and sales support activities
- You are collaborating on an ongoing basis with key clients (Key Accounts) in implementing and coordinating trade marketing activations
- You are managing POSM materials – planning, production, distribution, and execution at points of sale
- You are managing the trade marketing budget and preparing reports on expenditures and activity effectiveness
What you bring
- 2+ years’ experience in sales/trade marketing
- Ability to plan and organize marketing activities
- Knowledge of English at least at level B2
- Passion for consumer brands
- Understanding of mass retail landscape in Eastern Europe
- Agile mindset, ready to change strategies as the retail landscape changes too
- Charismatic presentation skills when visiting key clients
