We are seeking an experienced and driven Field Service Technician / Automation Specialist for our Pulp & Paper segment. In Pulp & Paper, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality.

This position will be mainly based in Poland, Świecie.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Ensuring efficient operation of dosing installations/stations in the following plants: Świecie, Grudziądz, Kwidzyn; (this position requires also presence at sites in Ostrołęka and Myszków sometimes).
• Performing technological tasks on machines together with the commercial team.
• Verification of problems and removal of defects both in current and preventive situations.
• Transfer of best solutions from/to other plants.
• Participation in the commissioning of dosing installations and modernization at customers sites.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Current good knowledge of tools and technologies.
• Great communication and cooperation skills.
• Good analytical skills and problem solving approach.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
• Business degree in a relevant field is desired.
