Primary Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate and manage absenteeism and attrition rates for all Sales Advisors on the team.
- Regularly assess and track the performance of all Sales Advisors.
- Conduct quarterly performance assessments and monthly one-on-one meetings.
- Acknowledge and reward Advisors for exceptional performance and achievements.
- Offer clear guidance and direction with the team’s sales objectives in focus.
- Promote an open and honest two-way communication culture.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration.
- Implement and regularly review action points from employee satisfaction surveys.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to Sales Advisors, helping them develop the necessary skills for their role while offering opportunities for growth and career advancement.
- Monitor Advisor calls, either in-person or remotely, ensuring quality across various transaction types, in line with CLOE standards.
- Effectively communicate any client or campaign concerns to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
- Take appropriate steps to enhance client satisfaction survey results.
- Oversee and improve processes for better efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience
- Native or fluent Russian language skills, both spoken and written, along with a good command of English.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership (preferably in B2B), managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
- A dynamic and determined personality, capable of leading and coaching a team successfully.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and familiarity with sales KPIs.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment, with a passion for making an impact and sharing best practices.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, especially when working under pressure.
