Your responsibilities:
Executing a sales strategy to meet regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets.
Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff to drive performance and career development.
Management of the internal sales team - onboarding, KPI, document supervision, and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their performance.
Ensuring that the sales plan aligns with and supports the companys revenue goals.
Hiring and onboarding new team members.
Our requirements:
Fluent command of German and English is a must.
Previous experience in team management and sales.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Understand clients needs.
Optional:
IT knowledge - Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
