Requirements:

• Experience in team management and sales
• Fluent in German and proficiency in English at least B2 level
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of customer needs

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales strategy
• Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring the team
• Managing internal sales team - implementing, KPIs, overseeing documentation, and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their results.
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
