As the Sales Team Leader, you will inspire, support, and lead a group of colleagues who interact face‑to‑face with customers, understanding their needs and coordinating omnichannel efforts across your territory. You will report to the relevant Franchise Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team within your Franchise.
- Foster a psychologically safe environment while maintaining performance standards.
- Orchestrate omnichannel efforts across your territory in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical functions.
- Ensure marketing strategy is properly implemented across all supervised territories.
- Develop and implement territory activity plans, regularly revising activities against goals and market conditions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Contribute to marketing and planning processes.
- Track team activities in the CRM system to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Analyze CRM data to support omnichannel planning and work with the Digital team for data‑driven decision making.
- Maintain top‑level product knowledge and ensure the team does the same, developing a broader understanding of the market.
- Ensure effective communication across sales, marketing, and other relevant teams.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity in the territory.
