Lead our sales force -own the vision, drive the deal, lead with impact.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who thrives on collaboration and shaping transformative solutions for clients.
The role & the team:
You will join the Pactus.eu Sales team, where you’ll be responsible for building and leading the group that reaches new clients in the TSL industry. Your team’s key mission is to strengthen our market position and support the development of services that improve our clients’ financial liquidity.
What will you do:
- Managing the sales team: organizing work, delegating tasks, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Implementing and overseeing sales plans, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing the team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and enhancing sales competencies.
- Actively participating in creating and implementing sales strategies for the TSL market and optimizing internal processes.
- Supporting team members in complex sales processes and key client negotiations.
- Ensuring smooth collaboration with other departments (especially Marketing and Customer Service) and supporting marketing activities (e.g., LinkedIn, trade fairs).
Required skills:
- Experience: minimum 5 years in managing a sales team (B2B/TSL or financial services is a plus); documented success in achieving sales plans.
- Language: English (min. B2+/C1); Polish.
- Tool Pro: practical knowledge of CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: ability to motivate and develop a team; highly developed communication and negotiation skills; ability to build authority; excellent work organization; analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions; high commitment and discipline; assertiveness and strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the TSL industry or debt collection/financial services.
- Experience working in a dynamic, international environment.
- A sense of humor and perspective on yourself and the world ?
