Recruitment for
our Client for the position of Sales Team Coordinator.
Your responsibilities
- being responsible for up-to-date and correct customer data in the CRM system
- implementing and developing a sales strategy aligned with the companys objectives
- executing and co-creating the sales strategy for the domestic market
- responsibility for sales results and achieving financial targets
- conducting commercial negotiations with key clients and partners
- monitoring the market, analyzing competition, and identifying new sales opportunities
- working closely with sales representatives to provide accurate and consistent support and complete assignments
- coordinating the sales team (motivating and fostering their development)
Employer requirements
- familiarity with CRM tools
- min. 5 years of experience in sales management within the Construction Industry
- proficiency in English at a C1 level
- experience in coordinating a dispersed sales structure
- strong negotiation skills and the ability to build business relationships
- experience in team management and employee motivation
- high analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and decision-making ability
- a category B driving license
