Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone and email - provide clear, professional information about our services and answer initial inquiries 

• Schedule meetings for the Managing Partners and coordinate calendars

• Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials

• Support the Managing Partners with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks

• Maintain accurate documentation and keep internal systems up to date

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in an assistant or support role (e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Executive Assistant)

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, minimum C1); French is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a professional, confident manner — you will often be the first point of contact for clients

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• High attention to detail, especially in preparing documents and presentations

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• A team player with a proactive, service-oriented approach
