Sales Support Specialist with German - remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls/emails
• Identify key stakeholders and generate interest in potential clients
• Assist in building training materials and work instructions
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
• Engage with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools
• Work collaboratively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth communication

Key Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1-2 years of experience in an international or customer service environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
• Fluent in German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable making numerous calls and emails per day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal customers
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of KPIs and SLAs
