Sales Support Specialist with German (M/F)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world‑class customer service experience to existing and prospective customers on Iberica market.
- Take full ownership of the order‑to‑delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships to support sales objectives.
- Manage order entry and enquiries using internal systems (EBP, MS Dynamics, Case Management System).
- Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and provide stock availability information for standard products.
- Monitor order progress and support billing, delivery, and sales‑related administrative activities.
- Ensure high data quality within internal systems.
- Support and promote digital solutions, including e‑Commerce and Shop Online platform.
- Assist customers with self‑service processes and digital tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a strong aptitude for customer‑focused roles (international environment is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in working with CRM/ERP systems (experience is an advantage).
- Open‑minded, inclusive attitude and willingness to drive improvements and deliver results.
