Dürr Group Services is a dedicated support company within the group, helping customers across three global Dürr brands, focusing on the European market. Our Shared Service comprises Service Hub and Expert Hub, where employees integrate into the German team to support client processes.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for spare parts quotation and order processing.
- Create and process spare parts quotations and orders based on customer or dealer enquiries.
- Clarify delivery dates and create order confirmations.
- Monitor and edit customer master data in CRM and SAP.
- Coordinate with other specialist departments and maintain regular contact with customers.
Your Skills
- Education or experience in sales support; technical knowledge desirable.
- Strong communication skills and high level of customer orientation.
- Knowledge of German (minimum B1 level, both spoken and written); English skills appreciated.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Independent and organized work style, ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative, flexibility, and strong social skills.
