Sales Support Specialist (Phone-based) with Italian
Your responsibilities
Making phone contact with selected companies (exclusively in the B2B segment) and scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants,
Collaborating with the Business Sales Partner for the designated area and the company's headquarters,
Building and maintaining relationships with interested companies,
Regularly updating the customer database and summarizing sales results.
Our requirements
Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level) (Italian native or fluent with Italian accent).
Sales experience is a STRONG asset, but as mentioned, your role is not sales-focused; you're scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
English welcome but not required.
Experience in a contact center/call center with outbound calls is a STRONG asset.
What we offer
Basic salary: PLN 6400 gross
Bonus for YOUR RESULTS. We pay for performance, and based on experience from another market, it can amount up to PLN 10,000 gross per month (with no upper limit).
Sales Performance Bonus: ADDITIONAL BONUS for sales made by the Sales Representative as a result of appointments you scheduled.
Employment type: contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie), B2B contract
