Sales Support Specialist (Phone-based) with Italian

Your responsibilities

• Making phone/video call contact with selected companies (exclusively in the B2B segment) and scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants,
• Collaborating with the Business Sales Partner for the designated area and the company's headquarters,
• Building and maintaining relationships with interested companies,
• Regularly updating the customer database and summarizing sales results.

Our requirements

• Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level) (Italian native or fluent with Italian accent).
• Sales experience is a STRONG asset, but as mentioned, your role is not sales-focused; you're scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm.
• English welcome but not required.
• Experience in a contact center/call center with outbound calls is a STRONG asset.

What we offer

• Basic salary: PLN 40 gross per/h
• Sales Performance Bonus: ADDITIONAL BONUS for sales made by the Sales Representative as a result of appointments you scheduled.

• We are currently looking for people to work 3-4 days a week at 8 hours for a test period, with the right appointment results this will be extended to 5 days a week at 8.5 hours.
