Sales Support Specialist (Phone-based) with German
Your responsibilities
Making phone contact with selected companies (exclusively in the B2B segment) and scheduling appointments for Business Development Managers in Germany.
Collaborating with the Business Sales Partner for the designated area and the company's headquarters.
Building and maintaining relationships with interested companies.
Regularly updating the customer database and summarizing sales results.
No direct sales responsibility (only arranging meetings for sales managers, who are professional in the trade of PV).
Our requirements
German native or fluent.
Sales experience is a STRONG asset, but as mentioned, your role is not sales-focused; you're scheduling appointments for Technical Sales Consultants.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Basic English or Polish is required.
Experience in a contact center/call center with outbound calls is a STRONG PREFERENCE.

Basic salary: PLN 50 gross per/h (40pln of the base and 10pln for meeting the work plan).
Sales Performance Bonus: ADDITIONAL BONUS for sales made by the Sales Representative as a result of appointments you scheduled.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (You can work 8 or 9 hours).
Employment type: contract of mandateor B2B contract.
