Dla naszego klienta Verita HR poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Sales Support Specialist.
We are looking for a highly self-sufficient Sales Support Specialist who can independently coordinate outreach activities, nurture early-stage business opportunities, and strengthen our commercial pipeline across Poland, with occasional involvement in international initiatives directed from London.
This position plays a key role in the early phases of the sales cycle — analysing potential clients, preparing internal teams for commercial conversations, and ensuring that strategic prospects receive the right information at the right time.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, including the Growth team and the Commercial leadership group, you will act as a vital link between marketing, recruitment, and client-facing functions to ensure seamless preparation for meetings, proposals, and campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Independently manage the early stages of the sales workflow by organising prospect data, preparing targeted insights, and ensuring commercial teams receive well-structured materials to support new business conversations
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and recruitment sales teams to coordinate messaging, align communication priorities, and support the development of materials that strengthen outreach and brand positioning
- Monitor market trends in the recruitment and digital services sectors, summarising commercial opportunities and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare concise reports, summaries, and sales enablement documents that help senior stakeholders engage effectively with potential clients
- Oversee the operational side of sales activities—handling scheduling, documentation, preparation of meeting packs, and internal coordination to ensure smooth progression of sales initiatives
- Coordinate the flow of information between marketing, sales, and operational teams, ensuring that campaigns, content and commercial actions are aligned and delivered on time
- Support the creation and optimisation of digital sales assets, such as outreach templates, info sheets, and client-facing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Maintain organised internal records and dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of sales inputs, team activity, and progress on active opportunities
- Participate in internal commercial meetings by providing updates on prepared materials, recent findings, and operational progress related to sales initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
- Outstanding communication abilities and a polished, confident professional presence
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- At least 1 year of practical experience supporting sales or marketing teams, ideally in the technology or digital services sector
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs, supplier capabilities, and partnership opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools, especially LinkedIn-based systems
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hybrid work model based in Poland. Regular presence in the Warsaw office (Puławska 182) is required twice weekly, with additional visits as needed
- Must maintain a professional home setup enabling confidential conversations, uninterrupted virtual meetings, and reliable online communication
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (preferably aligned with UK business hours)
- Annual leave: According to Polish statutory requirements
- Contract type: Standard employment contract accompanied by an internal staff handbook
