This role will support day-to-day operations related to current accounts, corporate loans, letters of credit (L/C), and trade finance services, while working closely with relationship managers and clients.
• Provide operational support for current account opening and maintenance
• Assist in the processing and administration of corporate loans
• Handle documentation and coordination related to letters of credit and trade finance transactions
• Support the relationship managers with client communication and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions
• Take initiative to learn new systems, processes, and banking products
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a banking or financial institution, preferably in corporate banking operations is preferred
• Basic knowledge of current accounts, corporate loans, L/C, and trade finance is preferred
• Fluent in English and Polish (knowledge of Korean is a strong advantage)
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Contract for an indefinite period, after a 3-month probationary period
