Responsibilities
- Providing professional customer service (order processing, correspondence, telephone contact with the customer)
- Issuing invoices and sales documents
- Monitoring customer accounts, controlling credit limits and collecting receivables
- Handling the complaints process in accordance with applicable procedures
- Entering data into the SENT system and verifying the correctness of transport notifications
- Entering discounts and updating customer data in the system in accordance with applicable terms and conditions
- Collaboration with departments: logistics, sales, finance, and area managers
- Participation in implementation projects (e.g. changes to the ERP system, new procedures)
- Managing customer accounts on the partner portal
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or logistics support
- Ability to work in a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Customer orientation and problem‑solving skills
- Communication skills and teamwork skills
- English at least at a basic level
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force is an added advantage
