Sales Support Specialist

Your responsibilities:
  • Operational support your colleagues in Sales Team,
  • Caring for excellent customer service and customer satisfaction,
  • Preparing reports and analyses for clients based on market data (using Excel and internal platforms),
  • Preparating templates for commercial contracts,
  • Updating customer data in CRM system,
  • Preparing commercial presentations in Powerpoint,
  • Invoicing according to orders executed in the ERP system,
  • Check the status of the shipment and delivery confirmation to the destination.
We require:
  • Proven 2-years work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or a similar role in the Sales Department,
  • Fluent in Polish and Russian / Ukrainian,
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English,
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of sales principles and procedures,
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems will be an asset,
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure,
  • Ability to work in an international team environment with different personalities and culture,
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools,
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to create a positive working environment,
  • Exceptional analytical and sales skills.

Recruitment Process: 

  1. Submit your CV via the H4H form or email: biuro@h4h.com.pl.
  2. Initial interview with an H4H recruiter to better understand your competencies (30–60 minutes).
  3. In-person meeting with the General Manager and CEO to align expectations (approx. 60 minutes).
  4. Online interview with the Board Director to learn more about the companys sales plans and values (30–60 minutes).
  5. Discuss terms of employment with the Employer.
  6. Welcome aboard!
