Sales Support Lead

• Manage, update and oversee sales processes in the EUSA region, incl. RFQ, quotations and quality procedures.
• Develop, implement and maintain sales tools, reporting structures and processes.
• Prepare regular reports for VP Sales: monthly results, pipeline, price recovery, EV sales, overdue accounts.
• Perform financial calculations in line with pricing policy.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, provide training to ensure compliance.
• Participate in sales and customer satisfaction audits.
• Organise onboarding for new Sales team members; coach and re-train current staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales data (CUfollow-up, pipeline, terms, RFQ lead times).
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, data accuracy and customer experience
