Sales Support Engineer

Location: Central Poland (Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Lubelskie)

Job type: Full‑time position

Contract Type: Standard employment contract

As a key member of the sales engineering team, you will collaborate directly with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to enhance product awareness, ensure technical accuracy, and drive successful project delivery. You will also contribute to documentation standards, training initiatives, and the continuous improvement of sales engineering performance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice to customers and develop proposals based on their requirements.
  • Derive comprehensive solutions from use‑case scenarios and convert them into relevant proposals for commercial and technical execution.
  • Own documentation maintenance and development to enhance sales engineering performance.
  • Engage in direct communication with customers, engineering companies, designers, and consultants to provide product capacity awareness.
  • Initiate and execute technical education demand planning.
  • Collect and maintain reference information on key competencies of technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation services.
  • Meet with and travel to customers’ facilities, providing end‑user assistance in proposal preparation and execution.

  • Play an instrumental role in new product market introduction and change management of customer perception.

  • Moderate team size (9 people) with typical project spans of 9 months to 3–5 years, featuring a multi‑generation, open, and friendly working atmosphere.
  • Service area in central Poland with potential territorial expansion to other EU countries.
  • Possible further career development in engineering services, project management, sales management, and technical support.

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge from a university degree combined with relevant industry experience in security, building or industrial automation, telecommunication, or related fields.
  • Literacy in technical documentation, including reading, interpreting, and maintenance.
  • Native Polish speaker with B2 level English written and spoken communication; additional European language is a plus.
  • A few years of relevant experience.
  • University degree or equivalent in electrical, electronic, or automation engineering.
  • Driver’s license (category B).

Nice To Have

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier/Kidde Global Solution organization, products, software, or systems.
  • Prior experience in 1st line technical support, maintenance, or installation for low‑voltage building automation, industrial automation, or security systems.
  • Experience with commercial investment processes, construction engineering design, or low‑voltage installation.
  • Relevant industry clearance for electrical appliance maintenance (SEP E, 1kV).

Compensation And Benefits

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance.
