Sales Support Engineer – Central Poland

What You’ll Do
- Advise customers and help develop proposals based on their technical & operational needs
- Turn customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Maintain & improve technical documentation
- Engage with clients, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure product awareness
- Support training initiatives and skill development
- Attend customer meetings and site visits
Who We’re Looking For
- University degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering
- Relevant experience in security, building/industrial automation, or telecommunications
- Strong technical literacy & ability to interpret documentation
- Polish speaker, English B2+ (additional EU languages are a plus)
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of Kidde/Carrier products
- Experience in 1st line support, installation, or maintenance of low‑voltage systems
- Familiarity with commercial investment or construction processes
- Electrical maintenance clearance (SEP E, 1kV)
