Sales Support Coordinator (12 months FTC) – Warsaw
Convera is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Warsaw. In your role you will support the GTM sales and relationship management teams in their daily activities and manage administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support GTM / Sales Leaders by compiling reports, providing relevant data to elevate key sales indicators, and managing the sales tracking tool.
- Become the team’s Salesforce expert by leading the design of our dashboard and reporting outputs within our instrumentation program.
- Work with Sales Leaders to identify opportunities for BDMs to target prospects efficiently through research of new industries and verticals.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
- Coordinate internal and external sales events such as team meetings, marketing events, seminars, and networking functions.
- Handle general administrative duties related to the sales process.
Qualifications / Must-Haves
- Experience supporting a sales team with responsibilities similar to those listed above.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Industry background is not essential; we welcome applicants from diverse sectors.
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- Recent graduates or individuals with mid‑office experience who want to transition to a more client‑facing role are encouraged to apply.
- Past incumbents in this role have progressed to Dealing or Relationship Manager positions.
