This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join and support a strong team in our sales activities and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Our customers demand increased support for their wind turbines, and as a result, our business is growing. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Managers in both the bidding process and project execution phase.

Your tasks will include:

  1. Supporting Sales Managers in their daily work.
  2. Handling bids and contracts and various administrative tasks.
  3. Ensuring that the sales process is followed (Bid/noBid, review, etc.)
  4. Ensuring compliance with the authorization and signatory rules of KK Wind Solutions.
  5. Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure that all needs and requirements are met on various ongoing project-related tasks.
  6. Participating in meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Managing and updating our CRM system.
  8. Training and onboarding new team members in the use of CRM and internal processes.
  9. Developing guides and tools to support the sales organization.
  10. Contributing to the optimization of sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  11. Facilitating workshops or meetings between departments to share knowledge and resolve challenges.
  12. Contributing to forecasting activities by providing input based on the sales pipeline.
  13. Maintaining our common SharePoint site.
  14. Supporting corporate reporting and analysis.
  15. Supporting management with ad hoc sales-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience from a similar or adjacent role.
  2. Strong in structure and discipline.
  3. Strong administrative skills.
  4. Good commercial understanding and ability to handle complex product mix and pricing.
  5. Strong IT skills; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, CRM systems, and ERP systems.
  6. Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year in connection with internal collaboration (typically in Denmark).
