Furniture factory needs SALES SUPPORT WORKERS.

• Processing orders (sales & complaints)

Authority & Responsibilities
• Authorized to make independent decisions within established procedures. Any deviations require consultation with the Head of Internal Sales.
• Responsible for independently preparing and providing all necessary sales support materials to customers.
• Authorized to assess customer complaints and provide recommendations on resolution.
• Accountable for all supporting commercial activities.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and business partners.
• Providing support to the Account Manager (Sales).
• Engaging customers proactively, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent service.
• Supplying customers with necessary sales materials (price lists, samples).
• Sharing relevant commercial insights with the Account Manager (Sales).
• Accurately processing and entering sales orders in a timely manner.
• Handling and evaluating customer complaints, providing recommendations, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring commitments are met.
Language Requirements
• Fluent in Polish, English, German, or Dutch (spoken and written)
IT Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
