Sales Support
Your responsibilities
Administrative support in the sales process such as: preparing documents, reports, presentations, and sales offers.
Coordinating the work of the entire sales area in terms of coordinating: offers, support in organizing events for clients, and cooperation with external partners as well as maintaining correspondence with clients, coordinating meetings, attending meetings with clients (also in another time zone), and handling order paperwork.
Customer Service: providing support to customers with questions about the services offered by the company.
Coordination of activities: working with other departments in the company, such as marketing, delivery, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales and customer service processes.
Update systems: entering data into CRM-type systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and have integrity.
Organizing the schedule: managing the calendar and schedule of meetings of Board Members. Scheduling business travel, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating meetings with external stakeholders.
Communication and correspondence: handling board correspondence, managing the flow of information, and ensuring timely responses to messages and inquiries.
Administrative support: assist the Board Members with daily administrative tasks.
Preparation of presentations, reports, and analysis: as needed, the management assistant may be involved in data collection, preparation of business reports, presentations, and analysis of competition or market trends.
Coordination of other projects: involvement in the coordination of specific projects or initiatives on behalf of Board Members.

Willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment
Experience in preparing presentations, analysis, reports
Negotiation skills
Results-orientation
Availability and flexibility
Fluency in English (min. B2)
Fluency in Polish (min. B2)
Proven experience in sales-related roles
