Sales Specialist with Strong Technical Background

Your responsibilities

• Develop the market and grow sales of technical products in Poland
• Provide technical advice and support to clients
• Present products, their applications, functions, and benefits
• Conduct field visits to clients, secure orders, and build relationships
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and key distributors
• Organize and lead trainings, roadshows, webinars, demo days, and attend trade shows
• Maintain and utilize the customer database for marketing and communication purposes
• Build competitive advantage through high-quality service and active field presence

Employer requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong analytical and technical skills – ability to quickly learn new product concepts
• Sales experience or willingness to develop in technical sales
• Excellent communication skills, openness, and ability to build business relationships
• Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and initiative-driven
• Experience in technical, engineering, construction, or related industries
