Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients across diverse industries.
Identify and qualify prospects, maintaining a healthy and well-structured sales pipeline.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on digital solutions, including online advertising, cloud technologies, and business tools.
Negotiate offers, address objections, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and optimize client campaigns, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to design tailored solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively share best practices.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese (C1+) and English (B2+).
Strong motivation for sales, account development, and customer success.
Tech-savvy and able to adapt to digital platforms and tools.
Ability to work on evening shifts from Monday to Friday - 16:00 to 00:00
Experience in sales, presales, or business development (1-2+ years) is highly valued, but motivated candidates with strong commercial drive will also be considered.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to relocate to Kraków or Warsaw (if not already based there).
