Tasks

• Daily telephone contact with a client in Germany and Austria who knows our product ("warm base").
• Telephone sale of cosmetics and dietary supplements.
• Building long-term relationships with clients (our clients keep coming back to us!).
• Advising clients in selecting the appropriate treatment.
• Implementation of sales plans.

Requirements

• Mandatory condition: very good knowledge of the German language (C1).
• Mandatory condition: knowledge of English or Polish at a level that allows active participation in training (B2).
• Mandatory condition: Availability to work on shifts (weekends and evenings also!)
• Interest in Sales or the Beauty&Wellnes industry.
• Goal orientation and striving to achieve it.
• Basic salary + attractive commission system.
• Daily "live" contact with the German language.
• Professional sales and development training during the whole cooperation period.
• High comfort of work full remote and the necessary equipment.
• Flexible schedule - you can choose days and hours of your work.
• Type of contract that lets you work from every place in the world.
