Our British Client is a leader in manufacture of plastic and rubber products and is currently opening a new location in Poland near Poznan. Due to dynamic growth in the German-speaking market (DACH), we are looking for:

Sales Specialist with German and English.

We offer a 3-4 week training at the companys headquarters in Telford (UK) with flights and accommodation paid, where you meet your line manager, learn about the product range, internal sales system and culture of the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to further develop partnerships.
  • Day-to-day e-mail inbox management (responding to current needs, requests, enquiries, complaints, requests for samples, quotations), identifying new business opportunities, generating leads for clients.
  • Conducting the full sales cycle: from initial contact through negotiation to closing the deal.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, industry meetings and customer visits.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years experience in B2B sales (preferably with experience in a manufacturing sector).
  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the German-speaking market.
  • Willingness to travel on business when required.
  • Knowledge of internet marketing will be an added advantage.

  • Occasional trips to trade fairs or customers (business travel will be provided).
