Responsibilities
- support subsidiaries mainly in the UK and the Netherlands general customer service
- conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market)
- processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims
- providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls)
- maintaining and building long‑term relationships with customers
- filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products
- analysing the markets needs and requirements
- meeting personal and team sales targets
- generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives
- administration and other office work
- market prospecting: identifying and contacting potential new customers, either individuals (B2C) or companies (B2B)
- promotion and sales: detailed presentation of the companys products or services, adapting the offer to the needs of the customers
- customer portfolio management: establishing and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, providing commercial and technical assistance
- administrative activity: preparing commercial offers, presentations and daily reporting of sales activities and results
- identifying customer needs: analysing the requirements of potential customers in order to be able to offer them the best solutions
- field presence: carrying out the offering/presentation activity at the customers premises or in other designated locations, including travel
- search for new customers, linked to the electronic components sector on the Slovakia territory
- management of the business relationship and relations with existing customers
- preparation of commercial offers
- analysis of market needs
- realization of the pre‑established sales plans
- after‑sales assistance to customers
Qualifications
- technical University Studies
- preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related
- knowledge in electronics or electricity or telecommunications
- mastery of the English language at a communicative level
- native English or certificate C2 level
- English conversational level B
- proficiency in using computer and office software
- knowledge of computer programs (MS-Office, Excel)
- customer orientation
- customer and results orientation
- strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- responsibility and self-discipline
- positive and proactive attitude
- organizational and planning skills
- communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships
- driving licence category B
- previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- availability for travel – trade shows a few times per year
