Z O.O.**Profession (Job Category):**Sales, Marketing & Product Management**Job Schedule:**Full time**Remote:**No**Job Description:****Position: Sales Specialist - Distribution Transformers****Location: Łódź****How you’ll make an impact:*** Intensive acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and development of business contacts with current foreign contractors (internal and external).* Realization of implemented sales plans and marketing campaigns – organization of meetings with clients and product presentations.* Participation in creating medium and long-term sales and marketing strategies.* Preparation of sales reports presenting the various stages of implementation of agreed activities.* Sales and marketing of solutions in the field of products for the energy sector.* Conducting trade negotiations, providing consultancy and technical support to clients at every stage of sales.* Daily cooperation with other departments in the preparation of commercial offers and technical solutions.**Your background:*** Higher education, preferably technical (electrical engineering, energy, automation, IT).* Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a similar position.* Good knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in international environment.* Ability to work under time pressure, highly developed negotiating skills.* Ability to build good business relationships.* Active category B driving license and willingness to frequent business trips.* Easy of learning and getting to know modern technologies and technical solutions.* Experience in selling products in the field of energy, automation, IT and electrical engineering will be an additional advantage.* Knowledge of the commercial and industrial energy markets will be an additional advantage.We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
