The detailed scope of tasks and responsibilities for the position includes:

Sale of waste and by-products:

1. Preparing and sending requests for proposals for the sale of waste and by-products based on applications received from individual departments.
2. If necessary: on-site visit to landfills with the participation of department representatives and bidders; organization for collecting samples of waste/by-products.
3. Preparation of a protocol on the selection of offers.
4. Cooperation with the Environmental Protection Office regarding current decisions and permits for: processing, collection, transport, selected as a result of the tender campaign of companies.
5. Cooperation with the Financial Operations Office in obtaining a credit limit for a selected company.
6. Preparing an application to create a recipient in SAP.
7. Preparation of sales orders in SAP.
8. In special cases, preparation of additional contracts with contractors.
9. Supervision over the collection of waste/by-products: monitoring the liquidity of collections (constant contact with departments and recipients), cooperation with Accounting (confirming prepayments for sales orders, controlling the timeliness of settlements).

Reporting - Preparing monthly reports regarding:

• Sale of other waste.

The general scope of duties and responsibilities of the position includes:

1. Actively looking for new applications of by-products/waste on the Polish market. Cooperation with new partners and technical universities.
2. Precise and conscientious execution of the superiors orders and keeping the superior informed about the status of ongoing matters.
3. Compliance with the internal and external regulations applicable in the Company, as well as the implementation, in particular, of the obligations and responsibilities arising from the entries in the system documents of the Integrated Management System.
4. Continuous education and improvement of professional qualifications as agreed with your superior based on skills assessment and development plan.
5. Performing other tasks, at the request of the superior, not covered by this scope, consistent with the position held and qualifications held.

Profile requirements:

• Education - technical university with specialty in metallurgy or economy.
• Experience - sales of by-products and additionally practice in working in SAP environment.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and sales skills.
