Key Responsibilities
- As a Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Sales Channel Manager and collaborate with the Key Account Manager team, supporting them in daily tasks, analytical and administrative duties, coordinating activities, and optimizing internal processes within the entire teams operations. This position serves as an entry-level role for future commercial roles within Account Management.
- Work in the document flow of the key account management team (invoices, acts, contracts, specifications, promotional applications, etc.), controlling and coordinating the stages of signing and distribution of documents.
- Coordinating the preparation of new products, assortment changes for individual clients, coordination and optimization of the process.
- Support in preparing a sales forecast (sell‑in/sell‑out) for the KAM team.
- Preparing regular reports for the sales team.
- Preparing analytical reports for individual client needs.
- Process optimization and management of the implementation of purchase prices agreed by KAM in the systems and coordination of price differences and price adjustments.
- Support the commercial team in the organisation of customer events and individual projects.
- Work with internal financial tools – issuing purchase orders, closing requests and invoices for payment.
- Coordinate team meetings.

Requirements
- University degree, experience in retail marketing/commerce is an advantage.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy when working with numbers.
- Strong ability to analyze business opportunities.
- Easy to build relationships in a team, able to prove and present your ideas.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a multi‑tasking mode.
- Fluent in English – both speaking and writing (B2).
- Fluent in Polish – both speaking and writing (C1).
