Sales Specialist drives incremental growth by identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts through calls, emails, customer visits, and trade shows. Regular regional travel is required to build relationships and foster long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, grow phone-based revenue, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate the company’s value and uncover new opportunities with existing customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Management to expand shared accounts.
- Communicate effectively across all levels and cultures.
- Convert prospects, follow up on quotes, and make informed, strategic decisions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- English at B2 level, Polish - C2 (knowledge of additional languages considered an asset)
- Outgoing, professional personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); ERP experience / knowledge of SalesForce is a plus.
