- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales;
- Fluent Polish and Ukrainian — both written and spoken;
- Willingness to work with cold leads and independently initiate sales activities;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- High proactivity, result-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- A desire to grow and openness to new experiences.
