As a Sales Solutions/Development Specialist you will join an international transportation company.


What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with Internal Customers (Sales Europe) and other functions to understand the educational requirements of Sales Professionals from hiring to retiring in your defined specialist area/areas, in order to;
  • Leading the development and maintenance of European education and material catalogue for one of high priority areas
  • Working closely with other functions and Education Enablement Specialists, aligned to understand the change roadmap and the impact on the existing education material as well as requirements for new education material to support the change
  • Regularly reviewing Sales Performance metrics aligned to your specialist area to understand drivers for the results at both an overall European level and/or Regional/Segment specific level to identify root cause and where educational gaps are defined as the root cause.
  • Developing and implementing an agreed consolidated 6 months rolling Education development and delivery plan to support the above and which is used as input to the wider Education calendar owned and developed within the team Sales Education & Enablement
  • Working closely with regional and Segment Educational Specialists to understand the need for versions of the education tailored to specific regions, countries and segments to create and implement a consolidated plan
  • Ensuring all material is developed and maintained in line with Education and Enablement defined practices and procedures
  • Leading and/or contributing towards developing forward-looking initiatives and using benchmarking techniques to ensure Education remains Best in Class
  • Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of non-priority education 

What you39ll need to succeed 

  • Fluent in English and preferable other language(s)
  • Detailed and up to date knowledge of the Sales Products, Services, Processes, and Technologies
  • Experience in using science based educational theories to simplify and tailor content to maximise the effectiveness of knowledge transfer
  • Basic analytical and Project Management experience
  • Experience in leading teams in the delivery of projects /initiatives
  • Experience in communicating at organizational levels and with all cultures within the organisation (stakeholder management)
  • Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track progress
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Presentation Skills; Microsoft Office & PC Skills; Numerical Skills
