Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer needs to determine suitable solutions supporting sales strategies.
- Create solutions and insights for sales using SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau CRM.
- Support the development of revenue-producing propositions based on research, modeling, and impact analysis.
- Develop solutions, models, and processes to improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare presentations for customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project completion, coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain analytical products (e.g., dashboards and reports).
- Enhance automation and scalability within our app stack.
- Translate insights into user-centric products.
- Ensure quality and auditability of all processes.
- Innovate and advance our capabilities in advanced analytics.
- Build strong relationships with business partners at regional and global levels.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:• University degree in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Analytics
• Knowledge of SQL, coding skills + Expert in Excel and experienced with office suit tools e.g., Power Apps, Power automate, Power BI
• Dedication and passion to be master in any new app like Alteryx
• Salesforce admin and certified with CRM Analytics expertise is plus
• Analytical and customer-centric thinking skills
• Confident in dealing with large datasets and complex data processes
• Creativity and initiative to continuously experiment and push the boundaries of the art of possible
• Good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
• Team player and action oriented with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
