As a Sales Solutions Analyst you will join an international transportation company.
What you will be doing:
Analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions / modalities of training that support the sales education strategies across all segments
Analyzing how new assessment methods, like formative assessments, project-based learning and competency-based assessments shape the future of education
Supporting the educational development through measurement of business impact, performance impact, tracking and reporting to validate value through education
Develop educational solutions, models and processes that improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
Preparing presentations for delivery to customers and stakeholders
Monitoring and tracking the completion of educational projects, coordinating with the project team and other stakeholders as required
What you'll need to succeed
Fluency in English
Strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, and draw logical conclusions
Results oriented and commercially aware
Good planning and organizational skills
Good conceptual thinking ability
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience with tools such SQL, Power BI, Alteryx is a plus
