• fluent Greek or Portuguese language (native level)
• communicative English (min. B2)
• excellent communication and time management skills
• ability for acting effectively in dynamic environment
• strong attention to details and problem solving skills
• good MS Office knwoledge
• previous sales experience - nice to have

Your tasks

• market mapping and acquiring new customers (B2B) on a dedicated area
• supporting existing customers (B2B)
• answering customer inquiries related to orders via email and phone
• day-to-day order management
• managing customer expectations
• creating quotes and product offers
• ensuring that invoices are sent to customers on time
• participating in international book fairs
