As a Sales Representative for Passenger Tires (Wholesale Channel), you’ll strengthen connections with customers and distributors, spark demand for Goodyear’s premium tire portfolio, and make a direct impact on Goodyear’s growth across your assigned region.

Job Overview

In this role, you will build lasting relationships with customers and ensure a high standard of professional collaboration. You will support sales growth by providing business advice, presenting Goodyear’s products and sales support programs and maintaining strong visibility for our brand through proper product and promotional displays at retail points. You will also play an important part in shaping Goodyear’s positive image in the market and representing the company at industry meetings and events.

Scope Of Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail sales points (service centers, workshops) within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with branches of distributors and tire wholesalers serving those retail outlets (indirect sales channel).
  • Provide expert consulting and advice on Goodyear’s product range, with a particular focus on premium and segment A tires.
  • Drive demand for Goodyear products at retail locations (creating the “pull” effect).
  • Support wholesale partners in fulfilling orders originating from the retail market.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities, loyalty programs and sales support materials.
  • Ensure optimal product and promotional material display at retail points.
  • Analyze sales results and recommend actions to drive growth.
  • Report activities and performance in our Customer Relationship Management system (SAP C4C).
  • Represent the company during industry meetings, training sessions and business events.

Requirements

  • Secondary education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • English language skills at a communicative level (minimum B1/B2).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a field-based and customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Confidence in analyzing sales data and turning insights into action.
  • Self‑driven, well‑organized and comfortable working independently across a defined territory.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the automotive, tire or related industry.
  • Understanding of wholesale and retail distribution channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. SAP C4C).
