Sales Representative, P&HS Poland – Kemira

We are looking for a Sales Representative in the Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Commercial team in Poland to support customers and develop our business through new sales. The position reports directly to the Country Sales Manager, P&HS Poland and is based in Świecie with travel to Grudziądz, Kwidzyn, and Ostrołęka.

Responsibilities

• Providing a technical service to existing customers with daily operational work at customer sites.


• Cooperating daily with local and EMEA sales teams.


• Developing new sales opportunities.


• Maintaining the sales information system and reporting systems, communicating sales reports, updated forecasting, goals, and competitive information in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Preferrably a business degree in a relevant field: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.


• Best 3‑5 years of technical and commercial experience in the pulp & paper manufacturing industry.


• A strong customer focus.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English.


• Willingness and self‑motivation to develop and grow within a sales organization.


• Capability to independently manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within tight timeframes.


• Strong communication skills across the organization and cooperative skills to work efficiently within the Sales Team.


• Readiness to travel.
