Responsibilities
- Active sale of domestic and international road transport services – indoor sales
- Acquiring and servicing DSV customers in the area of Lesser Poland, Subcarpathian and Lublin voivodeship
- After‑sales care for assigned customers
- Regular customer needs research and business development opportunities
- Submitting offers and negotiating terms of cooperation
- Monitoring the profitability of assigned customers
- Ensuring compliance with DSVs customer service policies
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and KPI quality indicators and reacting in case of irregularities
- Carrying out mailing campaigns and other organized activities towards clients
- Participating and/or leading implementation projects for assigned customers
- Taking care of the correct flow of information between the customer service, sales, and operational departments
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position in the TSL industry
- Fluency in English
- Driving license
- Ability to find solutions and present them
- Openness to change
- Focus on teamwork
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of the sales process is a plus
