Do you have a technical background in agronomy, fertilizers, or a related field, and want to move from lab to sales? Do you already have experience in sales in this field? Are you looking for a remote role based in Poland with complete autonomy to visit clients and track your own path?

Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are looking for a Sales Representative for our client who will be responsible for the presentation, promotion, and sale of fertilization and food analysis services (among others) in Poland (mainly) and Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Presenting, promoting, and selling fertilizer and food analysis services.
  • Conducting strategic analyses of current and potential clients to identify their needs.
  • Developing personalized and actionable sales plans in coordination with the marketing department, tailored to the laboratorys capabilities.
  • Keeping the Commercial Management team informed of work planning, all commercial activities, results, and objectives.
  • Preparing special offers for key accounts according to client needs and the laboratorys capabilities.
  • Planning and organizing daily visits and commercial calls to current and potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Formulating and implementing commercial strategies to exceed sales objectives.
  • Prospecting and securing new clients within the Northern European territory.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade fairs to enhance the visibility of the services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or scientific fields or vast experience in the food safety field.
  • Fluent in English and Polish is a must. German will be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel around Poland and Germany.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the food safety sector or strong scientific knowledge related to a sales mindset.
  • Knowledge of fertilizers and plant protection products is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially presentations, and any CRM software.
  • Experience working with targets and objectives.

  • Salary: €28,000–€35,000 gross per year + performance-based bonuses.
  • Permanent contract or freelance, depending on the candidate.
