Tasks
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Together with management and in due time, design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Identifying short and long term growth opportunities
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity
- Ensure customers receive scientific support
- Canvassing new customers
- Cooperation with Marketing/Product-management and Specialists within the Axon Lab organization

As a supplier Customer relationships, information about products and services from the market (feedback form), transmission of all inherent information for the position to the superior and colleagues
As a recipient Customer relationships (for customer accounts), information from marketing and PMs, sales team meeting, knowledge of new products

- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

Requirements
- Professional education and training: Degree in medical or biomedical science (microbiology, chemistry, biology, laboratory diagnostics) or an equivalent qualification
- We are open for candidates who have been working in a laboratory and are open for commercial experience
- If you are young, committed graduate with no commercial experience and you feel that this job may be interesting for you - we will consider your application
- Experience: Experience of a medical/laboratory environment (clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urine, immunochemistry), Sales experience combined with a number of years relevant work experience will be an advantage
- Personality: Motivated, sense of responsibility, enterprising, knows how to work independently and as part of a team, communicative
- B driving license
- Language skills: Polish and English
Purpose of the job
Develop partnership with internal stakeholders through coordination of sales, technical support on specific account.
Provision of scientific/commercial advice and support to customers for the whole range (instruments and products) in private laboratories, hospitals and other relevant segments.
