Sales Representative – HCJ

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients and market opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Develop tailored offers and proposals for clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Report sales results and forecasts to management.
  • Represent Hengelhoef Concrete Joints at trade fairs, events, and networking meetings.
  • Providing technical consultancy.
  • Proactively sourcing new clients across Poland in a “hunter” role.

Your profile

  • A technical university degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the construction sector.
  • Proven experience in B2B project-based sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Polish construction industry, especially large-scale projects (e.g., logistics hubs).
  • Excellent commercial skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of the Polish construction market and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to develop market‑entry strategies for new products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Category B driving license.
