Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients and market opportunities within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop tailored offers and proposals for clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Report sales results and forecasts to management.
- Represent Hengelhoef Concrete Joints at trade fairs, events, and networking meetings.
- Providing technical consultancy.
- Proactively sourcing new clients across Poland in a “hunter” role.
Your profile
- A technical university degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the construction sector.
- Proven experience in B2B project-based sales.
- Strong understanding of the Polish construction industry, especially large-scale projects (e.g., logistics hubs).
- Excellent commercial skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the Polish construction market and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self‑starter with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to develop market‑entry strategies for new products.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Category B driving license.
